How do I place an order?

How do I purchase a whole or half hog?
Half and Whole Hogs are a great way to stock your freezer and ensure your meat is always on hand. Please reach out to Cambre 660-676-2930 or Chelsea 417-299-1649 to reserve your spot. We’ll discuss if you have a preference for processors, availability, and help you decide how you want the processing plant to cut and package your meat.
What is your delivery area
Our delivery area is the greater Springfield area.
How long will my meat stay fresh?
All our products are flash-frozen to preserve freshness and can be stored in your freezer for up to 12 months. Once thawed, fresh meat should be consumed within 3-5 days. Ground meat should be used within 1-2 days of thawing.
Are your animals raised without hormones or antibiotics?
Yes! Our livestock is raised without the use of growth hormones and routine antibiotics. In the rare event of sickness, we will treat
with antibiotics if recommended by our veterinarian.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer 15-pound meat bundles, half hogs, and whole hogs. For other large quantity requests, please contact Chelsea at
417-299-1649.
What are your pickup hours?

Can I visit the farm?
We love visitors! We welcome field trips and others interested in agriculture. Tours are by appointment only, so please call ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and cash for in-person pickups. We also accept checks for established customers.
How is the meat packaged for delivery?
All products are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen to lock in freshness. For delivery, we pack items in insulated boxes with dry ice or ice packs to ensure they arrive frozen solid. Please refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival.
